Lead AI Engineer

About the Role

Join a focused team building AI-powered contract intelligence for enterprise legal workflows. You will help shape the product and technical strategy while developing user-facing applications that make contract work more efficient.

What You'll Do

• Architect, develop, and own user-facing application features in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teammates.

• Build intelligent solutions across backend and frontend systems using your full-stack experience.

• Promote sound engineering practices and help define technical strategy and roadmaps.

• Establish measurements of success and lead technical projects from initiation through delivery.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or building AI products, ideally with exposure to SaaS startups.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

• Experience working with OpenAI or Anthropic models; model training and LLM monitoring experience are useful.

• Experience building AI applications or agents with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong computer science fundamentals and interest in legal AI or enterprise contract workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $175,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
