Dynatrace is seeking an experienced, proactive Lead Executive Assistant to support the General Counsel and Legal Leadership Team as well as manage logistics/support of the Dynatrace Board of Directors. This high-visibility role also provides backup support to the CEO’s Executive Assistant and requires regular presence in our Boston office.
The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who anticipates needs, exercises sound judgment, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will coordinate complex meetings, travel, and events for board members and senior leaders while delivering a seamless, high-touch experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive and Leadership Support

  • Deliver high-level executive support to the General Counsel and Legal Leadership Team, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, meeting coordination, and daily operations.
  • Provide temporary executive support to the CFO.
  • Anticipate executive needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and respond quickly to changing priorities and time-sensitive requests.
  • Coordinate executive offsites, leadership meetings, and strategic company events.
  • Provide backup support to the CEO’s Executive Assistant to ensure continuity of executive operations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Board of Directors Support

  • Plan and execute quarterly and special board meetings, dinners, and executive events.
  • Work with board members and their executive assistants to coordinate meeting availability, scheduling, invitations, communications, and virtual meeting settings.
  • Coordinate venues, technology, room setups, security, catering, and virtual participation.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, attendee lists, seating plans, and event materials.
  • Source venues, negotiate terms, and manage hotel contracts, room blocks, and reservations.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver seamless meetings, travel, and events.

Operational Excellence and Partnerships

  • Build strong relationships with board members, senior leaders, administrative teams, workplace partners, venues, hotels, and vendors.
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects with accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.
  • Anticipate logistics challenges, resolve issues proactively, and adapt plans as needed.
  • Improve processes and documentation to strengthen board and executive operations.

This hybrid role is based in the Greater Boston area and requires regular in-office presence in our Boston, MA office (2-3 days a week in office). A successful candidate must be comfortable responding to urgent requests, coordinating last-minute meetings, and occasionally working evenings or weekends to support board and executive operations.

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives and Board of Directors preferred.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven expertise managing complex calendars, executive meetings, events, offsites, travel, and logistics.
  • Experience managing venues, hotels, vendors, budgets, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook calendar management.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, project management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Executive presence, sound judgment, discretion, adaptability, and a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Compensation and Rewards

DOE, salary $140K - $180K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
