Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like: Diagnose and repair high-performance and exotic vehicles. Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics. Handle complex engine, transmission, suspension, and electronic repairs. Mentor fellow technicians and help develop the next generation of talent. Perform quality control inspections on high-value repairs. Deliver first-time repair quality while maintaining manufacturer standards. Pay range for this role is: $100,000 - $200,000 per year Employee will be compensated through a combination of hourly pay and commissions/ bonuses, which will vary based on productivity.
