About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Lead Talent Acquisition Manager to drive international executive search efforts. Working directly alongside the Senior Business Managers to process job offers and handle mandates, you will take charge of hunting top-tier candidates primarily for the US and UK markets.

This role is specifically designed for a highly driven professional who wants to evolve rapidly. The objective is for you to step into a management position within the next 6 months, where you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading your own dedicated team.

To ensure seamless communication with candidates overseas, this role operates on shifted hours to overlap with the US market.

What You Will Do

• Work hand-in-hand with the Business Managers to process job offers and execute high-value headhunting mandates for top-tier US companies (including Y Combinator startups) and UK-based businesses.
• Hunt and engage elite Tech and Go-to-Market profiles, focusing on roles such as Software Engineers, AI Engineers, and Account Executives.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, premium headhunting tools, and the company's AI-friendly workflows to build robust candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Anticipate the growth of the recruitment department and prepare to transition into a leadership role within 6 months to build your own team.

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar recruitment or headhunting role.
• A background working either in-house (end-client), at a consulting firm, or within a recruitment agency.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3).
• Fluent in Englishis mandatory to effectively engage with US and UK stakeholders.
• Excellent executive presentation and communication skills, as you will be representing the firm to high-level talent.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong, demonstrated desire to fast-track your career into management.
