Lead Veterinary Surgeon – 65K + BONUS - Portmarnock, Co. Dublin

We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to take the next step into a Lead Vet position.

This is a particularly attractive opportunity as the clinic is a new site, giving the successful candidate the chance to play an important role in its development.

Performance Bonus

The performance scheme allows the Lead Vet to earn up to 20% of their base salary.

The bonus is calculated quarterly and is linked to clinic performance, including revenue targets, employment costs and cost of goods.

Up to 60% of the annual bonus opportunity can be earned across Q1–Q3, with the remaining 40% following Q4/full-year performance.

The scheme is cumulative, meaning performance can potentially be recovered later in the year if an earlier quarterly target is missed.

For employees joining during the year, the bonus is calculated pro rata based on eligible months of service.
