We have been retained and seek a Lead Estimator for a long-standing Las Vegas based civil construction firm that is part of a US headquartered multi-billion dollar building products and materials manufacturer. Relocation is paid. You will find accuracy, a team approach to estimating, competitive pay and benefits, growth potential and longevity in employment.

You must have estimating experience in large volume excavating, cement and/or asphalt in civil/public works construction or very large industrial/commercial cement.

This is a career long opportunity and not just a short term role that ends with the last bid. Our client runs consistently with ongoing and new projects in Civil Construction and is also beginning to take on large commercial and industrial projects. This company has significantly invested in this unit with two local quarries, a new fleet of vehicles and equipment; and now building a third local hot plant. This company has been and will be around for a long while.

• Strong compensation and benefits. A negotiable and very competitive six figure salary with a very aggressive bonus plan (historically pays out double) and a company vehicle. Outstanding benefits and a very aggressive 401K plan. Excellent PTO.
• Ongoing projects. The company is also taking on projects throughout the Southwest. This alone is going to create promotion opportunities to lead other Estimators; and/or promote into other seats.
• Technology and data tools. You can use your industry knowledge and have it supported by the company's access to current market data, material pricing and subcontractor networks. They are highly efficient with estimating software and cost databases.
• Advancement. With the size of organization and parent company and its planned growth there will be opportunities to move into project manager and other construction leadership roles.
