DESEA GLOBAL PROPERTIES L.L.C Is hiring a motivated, target driven, and results-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.

If you are passionate about real estate, confident in dealing with clients, and have the ability to convert opportunities into successful leasing transactions, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and actively lease company-assigned properties
• Generate new leasing opportunities and convert them into transactions
• Handle client inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, and closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Follow up with leads and maximize conversion opportunities
• Coordinate with the Listing, Sales, and Property Management teams
• Monitor market trends and ensure properties are competitively positioned

Requirements:

• Previous UAE/Dubai real estate leasing experience is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
• Professional attitude and strong client-handling skills
• Good knowledge of the Dubai rental market
• UAE driving license is an advantage
