Dealing Operations

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Azul Markets, a Dubai-based, Mauritius-regulated trading services provider offering access to global markets through high-performance infrastructure, deep liquidity pools, and transparent execution.

Azul Markets serves institutional counter parties and individual traders, delivering tailored trading and risk-management solutions supported by robust technology, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence. The Role:

The Senior Dealer will be responsible for executing and monitoring trades across multiple asset classes while ensuring optimal pricing, execution quality, and exposure control. The role combines trading, operations, and risk management functions — including trade booking and reconciliation, position and liquidity monitoring, and adherence to internal limits and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities further extend to monitoring A/B-Book performance, managing LP connectivity and mark-ups, executing hedges, and maintaining trade flow integrity between MT5, bridge, and liquidity providers. The successful candidate will support day-to-day dealing desk operations, identify and mitigate trading and operational risks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of execution flow, client experience, and overall risk efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, support Your Bourse and MT5 configurations.
• Perform all online configurations on both the Bridge and Platform.
• Monitor daily trading activities such as rejections, latency, NOPs, and slippage.
• Monitor the company’s foreign exchange trading portfolio across all currencies. ensuring compliance with internal limits, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver daily trading statistics and reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer support, including responding to inquiries, offering real-time rates, executing trades when needed, and assisting with technical issues.
• Accurately record deals and maintain daily P&L reporting and ensure reconciliations are correct.
• Continuously monitor company’s setups to ensure smooth trading operations.
• Update swap rates, process index dividend adjustments and oversee future contracts expiries.
• Reconcile positions between client accounts, coverage accounts, and liquidity providers.
• Support on-boarding of liquidity providers, including testing and validation before go-live and maintaining strong working relationships
• Define session times for all tradable markets, ensuring they correctly reflect holidays and market opening hours.
• Training of the existing team of junior and mid-level dealers to bring them up to speed.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related scientific field
• 4 years of experience in Forex trading, Dealing/Operations.
• Previous experience as an FX Dealer or similar role
• Expertise in MT5 admin and Your Bourse (or PXM/OZ/Centroid/FxCubic)
• Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Strong risk awareness and understanding of operational controls
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evening and night shifts
• Previous experience of managing or at least training other people
