About the Company

Lee Kim Consulting, one of Singapore’s leading consulting firms, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Since our establishment in 2009, we have assisted with the incorporation of more than 3,000 companies and provide a comprehensive range of consulting services, including accounting and tax advisory, external audit, visa and licensing services, permanent residency and citizenship applications, and investment immigration. Our team currently comprises more than 30 Korean and local employees, with offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi in Vietnam, as well as Korea and Hong Kong.

Job Description

• Providing consulting services on company incorporation and managing the incorporation process.
• Handling regulatory filings for corporate changes with ACRA
• Drafting corporate documents, including board resolutions and general meeting minutes.
• Advising clients on matters related to the Companies Act and corporate compliance requirements.
• Coordinating notarization and apostille services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university, either in Korea or overseas.
• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Candidates who are available to start immediately will be given preference.
• Candidates with 2-3 years of experience preferred.

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (5-day workweek).

3. 자격요건

• 국내외 4년제 대학교 졸업자
• 중급 이상의 영어 구사 능력
• 2~3년의 사무직 근무 경력자 우대

4. 근무조건

• 근무시간: 월요일~금요일, 오전 9시~오후 6시 (주 5일 근무)
