We’re Hiring: Legal Business Development Executive

We are looking for a confident, professional and proactive individual to join our growing team. The role focuses on converting company-generated leads into clients, building lasting client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries, understand prospective clients’ legal requirements and maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed engagements.
• Coordinate with our legal team to arrange consultations, communicate proposed services and fees, and support client onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
• Generate new business through networking, outreach and professional connections.
• Maintain accurate lead records, provide regular progress updates and work towards agreed conversion and business development targets.
• Represent the firm at client meetings and networking events, working closely with the team to deliver a professional client experience.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of relevant UAE experience in business development or client relations within a law firm or legal consultancy.
• Sound knowledge of the UAE legal market, legal services and common legal procedures.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, with strong communication, negotiation and client management skills.
• A confident, professional approach and the ability to manage enquiries with initiative and consistent follow-through.
• A collaborative team player with strong organisational skills and a results-driven attitude.
• A legal qualification and an established UAE professional network would be an advantage.
