Your Day-to-Day: Helping users via chat, email, and phone with everyday, non-technical troubleshooting (think: unblocking accounts, fixing subscription issues, sorting out digital wallets). Keeping it friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented. *** The Shift Schedule: 10:00 - 19:00 (Monday to Friday only—weekends are 100% yours!). Fluency in Danish + solid professional English skills.
