About the role Take the next step in your career as a Light Vehicle Mechanic, primarily based at our Hera Mine in Nymagee, with support to Peak Mine in Cobar as required. This is a hands-on role maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet critical to site operations. You’ll be responsible for raising and closing out work orders, sourcing and organising quotes for parts and materials, and ensuring accurate documentation of all maintenance activities. This role requires a skilled and experienced tradesperson who is confident working with a high level of autonomy in a remote site environment. In this role, you’ll be working across: Light vehicles (predominantly Toyota Hilux and Landcruiser's) CAT 966 loader Generators Mine air compressors Water pump systems Roster: 8/6 (Dayshift only) Location: Federation Mine, Nymagee NSW Travel options Residents enjoy a balanced roster and the opportunity to settle into the family-friendly township of Cobar.
