We're currently seeking experienced Lineworkers to join a dynamic workforce delivering essential services across WA. $59.27 per hour + $4.00 per hour regional site allowance. As a Lineworker, you'll play a key role in maintaining and upgrading the Western Power network across both metropolitan and regional WA. This hands-on role offers a mix of planned maintenance and project work, contributing to the reliability and resilience of the state's electrical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Perform planned distribution work including replacing poles, crossarms, transformers and switchgear. Deliver network maintenance, upgrade and resilience projects across Metro and Regional WA. Work collaboratively with crews and stakeholders to safely deliver high-quality outcomes for customers. Ensure all field activities are completed in accordance with safety, quality and compliance requirements. What's in it for you? As part of our Western Power team, you'll enjoy: $59.27 per hour plus $4.00 per hour regional site allowance Significantly increased rates for Dual Skilled Lineworkers Regular opportunities to work away, with generous allowances Ongoing overtime and weekend work available for those who want extra earning potential Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance Two rostered days off every fortnight A balanced mix of metro and regional work to keep things interesting Living Away from Home Allowance (LAFHA) of up to $355 per day for regional travel What we're looking for We're seeking skilled and safety-focused Lineworkers who bring experience, qualifications and a great attitude to the team, including: Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems – Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent Proven experience in electrical linework, including maintenance and upgrades Current Driver's Licence – HR highly desirable EWP and High-Risk Work Licences – DG, LF, CV or higher Desirable Switching skills and/or Western Power network authorisations Dual-skilled capability across overhead and underground network disciplines We're open to covering relocation costs for the right candidate and encourage qualified Lineworkers from interstate and New Zealand to apply.
