This role is crucial in strengthening investor confidence, maintaining healthy market activity, and supporting the company’s growth. Responsibilities: Develop and execute liquidity management strategies across centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges. Monitor order books, spreads, and trading volumes to ensure market stability and healthy liquidity. Collaborate with exchange partners, market makers, and internal stakeholders to optimize liquidity performance. Manage token treasury allocations and liquidity pools in alignment with company strategy and compliance requirements. Implement risk management practices to mitigate slippage, volatility, and market manipulation. Track and analyze liquidity KPIs, preparing regular reports for management and stakeholders. Support business development efforts by ensuring liquidity readiness for new listings and partnerships. Stay updated on DeFi protocols, liquidity provision mechanisms, and industry best practices. Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in liquidity management, trading, treasury management, or related roles within blockchain, crypto markets. Strong understanding of tokenomics, liquidity pools, order books, and market-making strategies. Familiarity with DeFi ecosystems, liquidity provision, and automated market maker (AMM) models. Experience working with exchanges and liquidity providers is highly desirable. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using trading platforms, liquidity monitoring tools, and blockchain analytics. Ability to design and execute liquidity strategies aligned with business objectives. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Level of studies: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
