Logistics Center Palletizer

We are currently recruiting for Logistics Center Palletizer on behalf of our clients in Denmark.

Salary: €4,150-4565/Monthly salary

Role Description The Logistics Center Palletizer is a full-time, on-site role located in the Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark. This role is responsible for stacking, arranging, and securing products on pallets according to safety standards, shipment requirements, and loading plans. Daily tasks include checking product labels, quantities, and packaging, preparing pallets for dispatch, and coordinating with warehouse and transport teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, following health and safety procedures, and reporting any damages or discrepancies. The Palletizer works closely with colleagues and supervisors to support smooth warehouse operations and consistent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with team members and support internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills to verify quantities, identify discrepancies, and follow shipment and loading instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Export processes to understand logistics flows, shipping requirements, and documentation needs.
• Ability to follow warehouse safety standards, operate basic material handling equipment (training provided if needed), and handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving goods.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment with time-sensitive tasks.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or palletizing operations is beneficial but not always required; willingness to learn and follow structured procedures is essential.
