Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated maintenance professional who is a leader to join and lead our Hotel Maintenance Team. This role will see you assisting the Maintenance Leadership with the supervision of the team in the development, training and scheduling of the Maintenance team, whilst carrying out landscaping, maintenance, repair and installation of all aspects of the designated zone.

This role requires a Full Australian Drivers License.

Key Duties

• Carry out all related maintenance and repairs as requested by the Maintenance & Grounds Manager in a professional like manner.
• Minor repairs, reprogramming service and fault finding to guest room air – conditioning units, hotel lighting and electronic door locks and room safes
• Ensure all hotel areas, including guest rooms, offices, conference and function areas, and external areas to the property are maintained and cared for on a timely basis as directed by management
• Be responsible for the maintenance and security of all tools provided
• Carry out all preventative maintenance as per the schedule laid by the programmed maintenance manuals
