Prioritize and manage maintenance tickets proactively to minimize equipment downtime. Drive forklifts, scissor lifts, and operate gantry crane as needed to perform repairs. Perform and maintain records of repairs and preventative maintenance on assets. What We’re Looking For Experience performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on CNC machines, robotics, and welding equipment. Ability to learn quickly, leveraging self-discovery and external training resources as needed. Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems within advanced manufacturing contexts. Clear communicator who can coordinate vendors and collaborate with engineers, operations; able to work off-shift or on-call during critical installs. What Will Set You Apart Demonstrated experience installing and commissioning CNC machines, industrial robots, and associated automation in a live production environment. Broad facilities skill set across electrical (high- and low-voltage), mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC systems; able to read schematics. Hands-on troubleshooting of drives, servos, PLC-adjacent I/O, sensors, VFDs, coolant and chip systems. Maintenance system literacy for work orders, parts, and preventive plans; disciplined documentation habits Experience installing, aligning, and commissioning automated production cells in a production/R&D environment Compensation For this role, the target salary range is $26-40/HR (actual range may vary based on experience).
