Associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related technical field — or equivalent hands-on experience. Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical industrial systems. Ability to operate within a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Comfort using basic computer systems and learning SAP or similar maintenance platforms. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field. Experience in food, dairy, or high-volume manufacturing environments. Prior supervisory experience leading hourly maintenance teams. Exposure to preventive maintenance programs and reliability improvement initiatives.
