If you believe maintenance is not just repair work—but mission-critical reliability—this is your post. #LI-BN1 Requirements 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. 1+ year of experience leading, mentoring, or directing others. Associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related technical field — or equivalent hands-on experience. Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical industrial systems. Ability to operate within a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Comfort using basic computer systems and learning SAP or similar maintenance platforms. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field. Experience in food, dairy, or high-volume manufacturing environments. Prior supervisory experience leading hourly maintenance teams. Exposure to preventive maintenance programs and reliability improvement initiatives.
