Overall Purpose:
The job holder shall manage the Compliance activities within Central Data Governance section by defining processes and practices to enable effective continuous monitoring of compliance with the data governance framework. The job holder shall ensure effective performance of tracking, enforcement of data governance compliance and comprehensive documentation thereof for reporting and audit purposes.

Required Criteria
Previous proven work experience of five (5) years in Information Management, Data Management, Governance environment or related area, and an MQF Level 6 Award in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
OR
Previous proven work experience of seven (7) years in Information Management, Data Management, Governance environment or related area.
OR
Previous proven work experience of three (3) years in Information Management, Data Management, Governance environment or a related area, and an MQF Level 6 Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
In the shortlisting process, preference may be given to candidates meeting the third required criteria.
Desirable Criteria
Previous proven work experience within banking or financial services and certification related to data management, such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP), and relevant certifications in data privacy and compliance (e.g., CIPP, CIPM).
