Position Summary
Local candidates are highly preferred for this position but we will consider relocation assistance for the right candidate. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this position. This is an onsite position working in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays and working from home Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
• Recommends strategic/operational plans for developing and implementing new products and processes that will impact achievements of functional results
• Serves as principle advisor and thought leader for organization within family/sub-family/specialization
• Recommends and implements continuous improvement/automation activities
• Coordinates and oversees the execution of complex projects across multiple business units
• Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience; or equivalent work experience.
