We're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality systems and food safety programs in our manufacturing facility while partnering with operations, suppliers, and customers to drive excellence. What You'll Do Lead plant quality assurance and food safety programs. Manage audits, customer quality concerns, investigations, and corrective actions. Analyze quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with production and cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality. Oversee supplier quality issues, claims management, mock recalls, and compliance activities. Champion a strong culture of safety, quality, and employee engagement. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred. 4+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with GMP, HACCP, SQF, ISO, FSSC, or related quality systems preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Compensation & Benefits: Expected Hiring Salary Range:  $98,900 - $141,330 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
