Manager- Strategic Initiatives

Job Requirements Objective of the Role To support commercial planning and strategic initiatives by driving project-level financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, pricing support, cost optimization, market intelligence, and cross-functional coordination to achieve project objectives. Department: Strategic Initiatives Location: Mumbai Qualification Required: CA / MBA from a Tier I institute Job Responsibilities Prepare project budgets and support monthly monitoring of project P&L, revenue, and cost performance. Track collections, sales performance, cash flow, and budget variances, and provide periodic MIS and analytical reports. Assist in pricing analysis and provide recommendations based on financial and market insights. Identify cost optimization opportunities through cost management and value engineering initiatives to achieve budgeted savings. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely approvals of drawings, contracts, and other project-related deliverables. Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to provide insights on pricing, product offerings, and market trends. Maintain project MIS, dashboards, and management reports to support business decision-making. Support strategic initiatives by performing financial analysis, preparing presentations, and tracking key business metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Projects, Finance, Procurement, and Legal to ensure timely execution of commercial activities.
