Shift Information:

Monday-Friday, Onsite Position!
Schedule transitions split 6 months on 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Changing to 3:00 PM-12:00 AM ( flexible) after the first 6 months.
Pay range starts at $60+/hr!
Relocation and Visa Candidates are both welcome to apply!
12+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:

Position is primarily responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing process development for new product launches while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and business objectives.
Position will also be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, equipment, automation, and tooling while driving continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence.
Position will be in charge of leading cross-functional manufacturing projects, supporting production launches, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and serving as a technical manufacturing leader through coaching and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or Advanced Manufacturing Engineering experience supporting new product launches in a high-volume manufacturing environment is required!
Experience with FANUC HandlingTool or ArcTool robotics is required!
Experience interpreting GD&T and engineering drawings is required!
Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, manufacturing equipment/tooling, and cross-functional project leadership is required!
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is required!
Experience leading production launch activities is preferred!
Experience developing and standardizing manufacturing processes and best practices is preferred!
