Work Preparation: Create and maintain work plans, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation . Production Readiness: Ensure material availability before production start. Lean Manufacturing: Implement Lean/Poka-Yoke initiatives and drive continuous process improvement . Engineering Interface: Collaborate with Design and Production teams to ensure manufacturability. Data Management: Maintain master data, technical specifications, and production records . What we’re looking for: Technical studies in Aircraft mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Electrical Engineering/Electronics or a related field Relevant hands-on experience in Manufacturing / Production B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
