What You Will Do

Process Optimization & Industrialization: Support efficient manufacturing processes during the prototype phase, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Work Preparation: Create and maintain work plans, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
Production Readiness: Ensure material availability before production start.
Lean Manufacturing: Implement Lean/Poka-Yoke initiatives and drive continuous process improvement.
Engineering Interface: Collaborate with Design and Production teams to ensure manufacturability.
Data Management: Maintain master data, technical specifications, and production records.

What We’re Looking For

Technical studies in Aircraft mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Electrical Engineering/Electronics or a related field
Relevant hands-on experience in Manufacturing / Production
B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
B2/C1 German Level – mandatory.
Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
