Creative Strategy: Design and implement impactful creative campaigns in alignment with the brand vision and marketing objectives. Artistic Management: Oversee the visual creation of all marketing materials, including packaging, advertisements, videos, and digital content. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency. Trend and Innovation: Stay updated on market trends and innovations in the cosmetic industry to maintain brand relevance and competitiveness. Team Management: Lead and inspire a creative team, encouraging excellence and collaboration. Proven experience as an Art Director in the cosmetic or similar industry. In-depth understanding of cosmetic market trends. Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Education: Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field. Creativity: Ability to generate creative and innovative ideas. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Project Management: Experience in marketing project management, from concept to execution. Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. French professional proficiency is a must.
