About the job
Our client is an innovative, fast-growing global consumer brand and digital lifestyle network (100–250 employees) bridging vibrant North American retail channels with cutting-edge manufacturing and trend ecosystems in East Asia.
We are seeking a highly creative, data-curious, entry-level Marketing Associate to join their fully remote commercial growth division in the United States. In this versatile role, you will help execute multi-channel digital campaigns, coordinate localized content pipelines, track growth analytics, and manage cross-border influencer programs.
Why Join Us
- 100% Remote Autonomy: Enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere within the United States, utilizing advanced cloud tools for seamless, asynchronous digital collaboration.
- End-to-End Campaign Exposure: Move past routine administrative support; you will actively participate in digital ad-spend modeling, creative copywriting, and product rollout strategies.
- Modern Marketing Stack: Accelerate your professional skillset using premier industry toolsets (Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Figma, Klaviyo, and HubSpot).
Responsibilities
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all inward-facing promotional assets, influencer brief templates, and public relations announcements line up perfectly with global branding frameworks.
- Creator Seeding Operations: Research, catalog, and engage micro-influencers and lifestyle creators across Western social networks (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) to execute product gifting campaigns.
- Organic Channel Tracking: Support scheduling loops across corporate social media handles and actively monitor community mentions, comments, and direct messages.
- Data-Driven Auditing: Pull weekly traffic data, click-through-rate (CTR) numbers, and overall customer acquisition metrics from platform dashboards to assist in optimizing growth budgets.
- Competitive Trend Mapping: Conduct systematic research on emerging beauty, lifestyle, and consumer trends within the US and South Korean markets to deliver actionable ideas to creative teams.
- Cross-Border HQ Liaison: Support coordination loops, shared media drives, and calendar alignment between local marketing units and overseas corporate headquarters.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience: Entry-level (0 to 2 years of professional marketing experience). Prior internship experience in digital marketing, social media curation, e-commerce operations, or advertising agency tracks is highly valued.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Trade, or an equivalent corporate discipline.
- Technical Savvy: High operational literacy across Google Workspace / MS Office (especially Excel for metric data sorting) and consumer social media apps.
- Core Competencies: Outstanding visual organization skills, strong attention to deadline timelines, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
