Our client is a leading international organisation focused on digital transformation, customer experience and data-driven decision-making. We are seeking a Marketing Data & Insights Analyst with strong Adobe Analytics experience to support marketing measurement, reporting and channel intelligence. You will work across email, webinars, digital campaigns and lead-generation programmes, partnering with marketing, data and technology teams to turn data into actionable insight.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage lead management, campaign reporting and marketing performance processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Partner with Marketing, Salesforce and Enterprise Data teams to support reliable Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) data flows.
  • Analyse campaign and channel performance to identify trends, opportunities and optimisation areas.
  • Develop and maintain reporting processes, documentation and business rules to ensure consistency and data quality.
  • Support dashboards, benchmark reporting and ad hoc analysis across marketing activity.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into practical analytical and reporting solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve analytical efficiency.

About You


  • 3+ years' experience in marketing analytics, campaign reporting, marketing operations, BI or a related analytical discipline.
  • Experience with marketing performance, CRM, lead management or campaign analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex datasets.
  • Ability to manage recurring reporting processes independently and deliver accurate results to deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across marketing, data and technology teams.


Technical Skills


  • Essential: Hands-on Adobe Analytics experience and familiarity with the wider Adobe ecosystem.
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Salesforce, Marketo or other CRM/marketing technology experience is advantageous.

Permanent, full time role. 3 days a week on site in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. You can work remotely the rest of the month, but within the island of Ireland. Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland/EU.
