We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director with a proven track record at a leading Dubai real estate developer to lead our global marketing strategy and support the company’s continued international growth.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (Relocation support provided)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across all projects and markets.
- Lead branding, digital marketing, PR, events, and lead generation.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners.
- Drive project launches and sales-focused marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales and Executive Management to maximize business performance.
- Monitor campaign results, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Director/Head of Marketing with a Dubai-based real estate developer.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan real estate market.
- Proven success in generating leads and supporting high-volume sales.
- Experience leading marketing teams and managing external agencies.
- Fluent in English.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 10,000 - 15,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Performance-based bonus.
