    Salary: $62,000–$74,500 per year in Minnesota.

    What you will do

    • Complete a two-year Marketing Leadership Development Program with four six-month business rotations.
    • Gain experience in brand and product marketing, including brand and lifestyle marketing, insights, and analytics.
    • Develop skills in creative and content, including social media, paid media, partnerships, and events.
    • Support process and go-to-market activities across ecommerce and digital production.
    • Learn how dealer, retail, owner experience, in-market, and key-market channels affect the business.
    • Present rotation and career-development outcomes to senior-level leaders and transition into a full-time marketing position subject to business needs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategic Communications, or a related business field with a marketing emphasis.
    • Graduation date between August 2026 and May 2027, with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
    • Availability to work 40 hours per week starting January 11, 2027, or June 14, 2027.
    • Must be a U.S. person and must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.
    • Must be willing to travel and relocate between U.S. sites for rotations and maintain reliable transportation for daily office commuting.
    • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint, plus demonstrated leadership, communication, analysis, creative problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

    Hiring process
