Marketing Manager

We are seeking the creative, social-first Marketing Manager of our dreams to lead and champion SEO Sherpa’s brand marketing team. In this role, you won't just keep the engines running; you will hold the keys to how our agency brand and CEO-led channels show up to the world. Your mission is simple but crucial: turn expert industry thinking into thumb-stopping content that people actually want to watch, read, save, share, and talk about. You will lead our brand marketing team, including marketing coordinator and graphic designers—while working closely with our Owned Media Manager, and other members of the leadership team. In your role you will work closely with, and directly report to James Reynolds the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketing manager who wants to grow in their career. You understand that great marketing comes down to sharper ideas, stronger creative direction, better distribution, and a radically clear point of view. From strategizing high-impact social campaigns and newsletters to overseeing video and podcast assets from concept to completion, you are the ultimate gatekeeper of our brand quality. You love ideation but worship execution. You have the organizational discipline to manage multiple moving parts, content calendars, and cross-team deadlines without dropping the ball. You are data-informed, not data-blind. You track analytics to see what content is truly landing, but you never let raw numbers kill a brave, creative idea. You have immaculate written and spoken communication skills, enabling you to capture and elevate unique brand and personal profiles flawlessly. Your standards are unapologetically high.
