Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Marketing Manager. Dubai. On-site.

Boga is a scratch-made, healthy fast-casual brand with three locations across Dubai and a fourth opening next year. We're building our marketing function in-house, and this role owns the channels our customers actually touch.

What you'll own:

• Social media: content across static and reel, from idea to post

• Delivery platform marketing: campaigns, listings, and promotions across Talabat and Careem

• The Boga app: offers, push campaigns, and driving customers from aggregators to direct

• The website: keeping it current, accurate, and converting

• Community events: building real presence around our stores, not just online

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in social media and digital marketing

• Hands-on with content — you can shoot, edit, and design, not just brief it out

• Comfortable with delivery aggregator platforms and app/CRM tools

• F&B experience strongly preferred

• Based in Dubai

Package: AED 16,000–18,000 per month depending on experience, inclusive of housing and transport allowances, plus "A" class medical insurance and full visa sponsorship.
