Marketing Specialist – Offline Marketing

About the Role

Autorun is looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist with strong experience in offline marketing execution, events, activations, showroom branding, and supplier coordination.

This role is focused on execution rather than planning and requires regular field visits and direct coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate showroom activations, mall events, exhibitions, roadshows, and vehicle launches.
• Manage printing, signage, banners, POSM, brochures, giveaways, outdoor branding, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with printing companies, production houses, event suppliers, photographers, and other vendors.
• Conduct site visits and supervise installations, branding, event setup, and dismantling.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with OMODA, JAECOO, iCAUR, and Autorun brand standards.
• Maintain showroom branding and promotional displays.
• Support photo and video coverage of events and activations.
• Coordinate with Sales Teams for customer engagement and lead collection during events.
• Maintain marketing material inventory and follow up on supplier deliveries.
• Prepare brief execution reports with photos, attendance, leads generated, and completed activities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive.
• Strong experience in offline marketing, events, activations, printing, and supplier coordination.
• Automotive dealership experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Flexible to support events and activities outside normal working hours when required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is execution-driven rather than desk-based.

The ideal candidate is someone who can receive an approved marketing activity and take full ownership of its implementation ,coordinating suppliers, following up on production, visiting locations, supervising installations, supporting events, checking quality, documenting completion, and ensuring everything is delivered according to Autorun and OEM standards.
