Job description

Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s headquarters in Newport Beach, California, USA. Must be willing to work in Newport Beach, CA.

Salary: $180,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and a transition bonus to support relocation to an office location.

What you will do

• Evaluate industries and companies to develop investment recommendations for portfolio managers.
• Analyze risks across investment-grade bonds, high-yield bonds, bank debt, and convertible securities.
• Support credit analysts with coverage responsibilities and analytical research.
• Conduct research and basic financial modeling to assess investment opportunities.
• Prepare an independent investment recommendation covering debt or equity securities.

Requirements

• Pursuing an MBA with an emphasis in finance, economics, or a related quantitative or analytical field at an accredited leading business school or university.
• Must be able to begin full-time employment from a hirify.global office between January 2028 and August 2028.
• Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing required.
• Must be willing to work in Newport Beach, California.
• Strong research, basic financial modeling, communication, presentation, judgment, and investment-analysis skills.
• Strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment finance, with curiosity about emerging technologies and AI tools.

• Experience using emerging technologies and AI tools to solve problems and improve outcomes.
