We are looking for practical Mechanical and Electrical Technicians with strong maintenance, fault-finding and repair experience in industrial, manufacturing, production or technical service environments.
You could be a good fit if you:
🔹 Hold a valid EU or Dutch passport
🔹 Speak English well
🔹 Have a relevant trade qualification or technical diplomaor equivalent technical background
🔹 Have experience as a Mechanical Technician / Electrical Technician / Maintenance Technician / Service Technician / Electro-Mechanical Technician
🔹 Have worked in manufacturing, FMCG, food production, packaging, energy, utilities, technical service or industrial environments
🔹 Can maintain, diagnose and repair production machinery, technical installations or industrial equipment
🔹 Have experience with mechanical systems such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, valves, hydraulics and pneumatics
🔹 Have experience with electrical systems such as control panels, wiring, sensors, drives, motors, fault finding and testing
🔹 Can read technical drawings, electrical diagrams, schematics and maintenance documentation
🔹 Have experience with preventive maintenance, breakdowns, inspections and technical improvements
🔹 Are hands-on, safety-focused and motivated to build a long-term career in the Netherlands

What does Xelvin offer?
🔹 Salary starting from €3800-€6500- gross per month
🔹 40 hours per week
🔹 25 paid holidays
🔹 Possible ADV days, depending on the client and assignment
🔹 8.33% holiday allowance, paid annually in May
🔹 Overtime and shift allowances according to Dutch regulations
🔹 Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
