Job Description The Staff Pad has partnered with Modoc Medical Center , a critical access hospital in northeastern California. In this role, you’ll provide safe, efficient, and patient-centered care in an acute hospital setting while working alongside a supportive and collaborative healthcare team. What You’ll Do Perform individualized patient assessments and report abnormal findings Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care following established protocols Accurately document patient care, interventions, and outcomes Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality at all times Collaborate across departments to support overall patient care What We’re Looking For Active California RN license Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Dependable, organized, and team-oriented mindset Commitment to professionalism and high-quality care Why Join This Team?
