Member of Technical Staff, AI Agents

About the Role

Join an internal team building AI-driven workflows and systems across a fast-growing fintech company. You will help explore how agents can take on complex work end to end, while improving how people and intelligent systems collaborate.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents that perform meaningful work in production workflows.

• Develop infrastructure, interfaces, and operating models that support reliable agent workflows.

• Partner with internal teams and users to understand their work, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions.

• Own projects from problem definition through launch and ongoing performance.

• Use systems thinking and first-principles reasoning to solve open-ended product and engineering problems.

What We're Looking For

• Five to fifteen years of experience building products from zero to one as a full-stack engineer.

• Strong experience with TypeScript or Python, plus a product-oriented approach to engineering.

• Hands-on experience building agents and working with multiple agent SDKs and LLM tools beyond basic chatbots.

• Experience at a venture-backed startup, ideally as a founder, founding engineer, or engineer on a fast-moving team.

• Strong ownership, career progression, and a record of sustained contributions in previous roles.

• Ability to work autonomously amid ambiguity, understand user workflows, and make sound product decisions.

• Interest in improving workflows substantially through AI and in the future of knowledge work.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
