The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Work as a forward deployed full-stack engineer translating customer research and data needs into usable software and platform improvements.

What you'll do

- Adapt expert-created data to customer requirements.

- Build short-cycle plugins and improvements to data-collection systems.

- Create reinforcement-learning task samples and evaluation workflows.

- Deliver customer dashboards, portals, and other interfaces.

- Identify custom work that should become reusable platform capabilities.

What we're looking for

- 2 to 5 years of relevant software engineering experience.

- Production delivery experience in a fast-moving startup or small technical team.

- Strong TypeScript and Python skills across backend services, data pipelines, and interfaces.

- Experience translating customer requests into working features and integrations.

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related STEM field.

Bonus points

- Experience with evaluations, task design, or LLM-based scoring.

- Experience building a company or independently delivering a product.

Compensation and benefits

- Base salary: USD 200,000 to 280,000 per year.
