About the Role
Join the platform team at an AI company building agent-based products. You will develop the infrastructure and developer tools that help research and product teams run experiments, deploy agents reliably, and scale services for enterprise environments.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, storage, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security for research and production environments.
Develop internal developer tools, automation, and shared libraries that improve engineering productivity.
Create reliable workflows for data management, model experimentation, evaluation, and deployment.
Improve build, test, and release systems to move work from prototype to production.
Monitor service and pipeline performance, diagnose bottlenecks, and improve reliability and reproducibility.
Design agent serving infrastructure, including availability, tracking, networking, security, and scaling.
Contribute to platform architecture and infrastructure strategy as the product grows.
What We're Looking For
Two to seven years of relevant experience, including launching or scaling product infrastructure.
Experience hosting and scaling agent infrastructure, deploying into enterprise environments, and designing for portability across cloud providers.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including concurrency and software architecture, and experience building AI-native software.
Experience across AI domains beyond traditional analytics, data science, advertising, or recommendation systems alone.
Proficiency with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms; Docker and Kubernetes; and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Terraform.
Experience with data pipelines, job scheduling, or ML experimentation workflows, and a CS or other highly technical STEM degree.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $200,000 to $300,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
