Member of Technical Staff, Product Engineering

About the Role

Join a product engineering team building an AI agent platform for scientific and life sciences applications. In this frontend-leaning, full-stack role, you will turn AI research capabilities into reliable product experiences used by scientists.

What You'll Do

• Build and own product features across user interfaces, backend services, and APIs.

• Design intuitive experiences for working with AI agents, workflows, and scientific tools.

• Develop and maintain product systems for billing, usage tracking, authentication, permissions, and account management.

• Work with scientists, AI researchers, and infrastructure engineers to ship production-ready features.

• Use AI coding agents and team workflows to accelerate development while maintaining quality, reliability, and performance.

• Iterate on shipped features using feedback from users and collaborators.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 3 to 10 or more years of experience building modern web applications and owning product features end to end.

• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.

• Experience at a high-performing AI startup or scale-up, or experience as a founding engineer.

• Experience directing AI to execute code, delegate tasks such as bug fixes, and establish AI workflows for a team.

• Background in cross-platform products, desktop or mobile apps, APIs, billing and metering, or enterprise SaaS.

• Experience at the intersection of AI and biology or life sciences is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $200,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
