Job: Mental Health Support Worker Pay: £13.21 per hour (equating to £32,972 per annum); overtime rate of £13.71 per hour Hours: 48 hours per week (based on 12-hour shifts) We are looking for a motivated & caring individual who would like a rewarding role as part of a supported living service that really makes a difference. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will join our team supporting service users in their homes in Holbeach near Spalding, Lincolnshire. We specialise in providing person-centred care for adults with a forensic mental health background, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and autism to enable them to play a meaningful role within their community. You will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding care to the people we support.
