Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

Join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered quoting and commercial workflow automation for chemical and industrial manufacturers. You will ship full-stack AI products that help customers manage complex pricing, quoting, and sales processes.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents for complex quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.

• Own product features from frontend through backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

• Integrate AI products with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.

• Support GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency needs for European customers.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of post-graduation experience building and shipping full-stack products, ideally in startup environments.

• Strong product engineering skills with TypeScript and React, plus experience with Next.js.

• Experience building or deeply integrating AI systems and agentic products, beyond using general-purpose chat tools.

• Hands-on experience with an agentic framework or harness, such as LangGraph, Mastra, or an agents SDK.

• Interest in experimenting with new AI tools and techniques, including through side projects.

• Ability to work through ambiguity and own features across the product stack.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $180,000 to $250,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California. Candidates should currently reside in the Bay Area and be able to work from the office.
