Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

Join a small product engineering team building AI-powered tools for commercial operations in chemical and industrial manufacturing. You will help develop systems that automate complex quoting, pricing, and sales workflows, from the user interface through backend integrations.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows used by industrial businesses.

• Own product features end to end across frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

• Integrate product workflows with enterprise systems such as SAP.

• Address GDPR and data residency requirements for European customer deployments.

What We're Looking For

• Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at least three years building and shipping product features.

• Experience working on startup teams and delivering in ambiguous, early-stage environments.

• Strong TypeScript and React skills, with experience using Next.js.

• Hands-on experience building or deeply integrating AI systems and agentic products beyond basic chatbot integrations.

• Experience with an agentic framework or harness, such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.

• Curiosity about AI and an active interest in keeping up with new tools and techniques.

• Bay Area residency experience and willingness to work from the San Francisco office five days a week.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
