Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

Join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered software for commercial operations in chemical and complex manufacturing. You will ship full-stack AI agents that help automate quoting, pricing, and sales workflows, with a focus on practical product development and enterprise integrations.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents for complex quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.

• Own product features end to end, from frontend experiences to backend services.

• Develop with TypeScript, React, and Next.js, and integrate with enterprise systems such as SAP.

• Help deliver GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency solutions for European customers.

What We're Looking For

• Three to eight years of experience building and shipping full-stack products, preferably in a startup environment.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with hands-on experience using Next.js.

• Experience building or deeply integrating AI systems and agentic products, including work with an agent framework or harness such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.

• Curiosity about AI and an active interest in new tools and techniques.

• Product engineering experience across frontend and backend, rather than a focus limited to data science, research, or backend-only work.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California. The role requires working from the office five days a week.
