Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

Join a small product engineering team building AI-powered tools that automate quoting, pricing, and sales workflows for manufacturing businesses. You will ship end-to-end features that help customers manage complex commercial operations.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.

• Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

• Integrate applications with enterprise systems such as ERPs and address data residency and GDPR requirements for European customers.

What We're Looking For

• Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including experience at a startup.

• Hands-on experience building or deeply integrating AI systems and agentic products, with production agent orchestration experience.

• Experience with agent frameworks or harnesses such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.

• Proficiency with TypeScript and React, plus experience building with Next.js.

• Strong product sense, curiosity about AI, and interest in keeping up with new tools and techniques.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
