Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Registration: Current, active Registered Midwife (RM) status with the NMC (UK).
• Experience: 3+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in an acute hospital setting.
• Clinical Excellence: Advanced emergency management skills and up-to-date maternal/fetal monitoring proficiency.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, empathy, resilience, and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and night/on-call rotations.
