Job Title: Midwife
Role & Responsibilities
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive midwifery care in a collaborative OB team setting.
- Support labor and delivery processes, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
- Participate in approximately 10 call days per month.
- Work a flexible schedule, potentially a 4-day workweek.
- Current midwife certification and relevant licensure.
- Experience in labor and delivery preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Base salary between $145,000 and $185,000.
- Eligible for federal and state student loan repayment programs.
- Up to 90 days of free housing.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus and $7,500 relocation assistance.
- Located in a family-friendly Southern California community with outdoor recreation and affordable housing.
- Supportive laborist team and established OB collaboration.
