Role Summary

The Millwright will optimize mechanical systems in industrial environments with a hands-on approach to ensure smooth production lines. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to improve machine performance, prevent downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze mechanical systems and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Develop solutions to improve reliability and efficiency of production equipment.
• Support the implementation of technical upgrades and modifications.
• Collaborate with design, automation, and maintenance teams on technical projects.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and technical recommendations.
• Ensure all engineering solutions comply with relevant safety and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Millwright Certificate or a related discipline.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Afrikaans.
• Experience in a production or industrial engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and system analysis.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and collaborate on multidisciplinary projects.

Compensation

Salary starting at €4357,-. Includes permanent contract, visa procedure and flight ticket, housing and transport, and a 5-year visa.

Location & Work Arrangement

Relocation to the Netherlands.
