As a Site Manager Yacht Building, you will oversee the installation and assembly of advanced maritime electrical systems on luxury yacht projects. You will manage daily site operations, coordinate resources, and act as the key contact between the project team, suppliers, and the client to ensure successful project delivery.
Tasks
Lead and supervise the on-site installation team.
Coordinate and monitor installation and assembly activities.
Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budgeted hours.
Prepare and manage project planning, schedules, and material availability.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Attend construction and project meetings.
Maintain close communication with suppliers, the Planning and Engineering departments, and the Project Manager.
Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards.
Job requirements
MBO Level 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Manager in yacht building.
Strong technical, planning, and organizational skills.
Good command of Dutch and English.
Proactive, customer-focused, and a strong team leader.
