We are looking for qualified Millwrights with strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience. Experience in the food industry, FMCG, packaging or production environments is a strong advantage.
You could be a good fit if you:
🔹 Speak Afrikaans and English well
🔹 Have a relevant trade qualification, such as Red Seal Millwright or equivalent
🔹 Have experience as a Millwright / Maintenance Technician / Electro-Mechanical Technician
🔹 Have worked in food production, FMCG, packaging, manufacturing, mining, processing or industrial maintenance environments
🔹 Can maintain, diagnose and repair production machinery and industrial equipment
🔹 Have experience with motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, drives, sensors and control systems
🔹 Can troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults
🔹 Have experience with preventive maintenance, breakdowns, inspections and technical improvements
🔹 Can read technical drawings, electrical diagrams and maintenance documentation
🔹 Are hands-on, safety-focused and motivated to grow long-term in the Netherlands

Afrikaans is closely related to Dutch. This helps when you need to understand Dutch safety instructions, machine manuals, work procedures and communication on the work floor. For technical roles in the Netherlands, this often makes the adjustment easier and faster.
What does Xelvin offer?
